With over 30 years in the entertainment industry, my career began by learning the ins and outs of the industry from the ground up.
I quickly transitioned into roles as tour manager and production manager for various well-known artists, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
As my expertise progressed, I leveraged my skills to produce and direct major events for notable clients, collaborating with prominent radio stations such as Capital Radio, Power FM, and Virgin Radio. I have had the privilege of producing landmark events including the Oxford Balloon Festival, the Oxford Millennium Concerts, the Bournemouth Festival of Light, and the Birmingham Light Spectacular.
On a global scale, I have provided expertise and consultancy services for a range of corporate events, government conferences, and private parties. My portfolio includes high-profile events like the G8 & G7 summits, the USA Embassy Reception, Glastonbury Music Festival, and tours for celebrated music artists. I have also managed production services for world product launches for major companies like Siemens, Toshiba, Virgin Galactic and Virgin Atlantic. One of my key roles has been serving as the Event Director for Busfest, the world's largest VW Campervan Festival, for over 20 years. In addition to event production, I also have extensive film location and television experience.
Since 2010, I have expanded my expertise to include health and safety compliance, and in 2018 I incorporated counter-terrorism training, awareness and consultancy into my portfolio, to help create safer venues and environments where people work and gather, whether public or private.
My services have been utilised by public and private businesses, HM Government, national and local authorities, town councils, leading production companies and visitor attractions and festivals, reflecting my commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety and creativity in every project.
Since retiring in 2025, I now offer my knowledge and expertise on a consultancy basis, to existing and potential clients that require my services.
